Responsibilities

• Bill of Quantities (BQ) Review & Project Coordination: support review of BQ against specs and progress.
• Regulatory Documentation & Permit Management: liaise with councils and contractors to obtain approvals.
• Document Control & Records Management: maintain structured project records and version control.
• Financial Administration & Budget Tracking: assist PR/PO processing and monitor expenditures.
• Process Improvement & Operational Support: document and improve project workflows.
• Store Maintenance & Brand Standards: ensure stores comply with brand/design standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with Retail Management, Finance, Procurement and partners.
• Project Reporting & Administration: prepare status updates and governance materials.
