Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malacca is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support daily production operations, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality and safety standards. You will assist with planning, resource allocation and supervision of shop floor staff to meet production targets.

The role requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Malaysian Board of Pharmacy registration, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive training and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in Malaysia with MAB registration.
• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to ensure compliance with procedures, quality and safety.
• Assist production planning, manpower allocation, equipment and resources to meet targets.

• Report production activities, issues and achievements to the Production Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

To support daily production activities to ensure compliance with established procedures, quality, and safety requirements.

To support production planning, manpower allocation, equipment, and resources to achieve production targets.

To monitor production performance, identify issues, and support process improvement activities.

To provide guidance and supervision to production shop floor staff and support their training and development.

To ensure good housekeeping, 5S, safety, and discipline within the production area.

To maintain and review production records, documents, and reports.

To support investigations, corrective actions, process changes, and continuous improvement activities.

To work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

To report production activities, issues, and achievements to the Production Manager.

To perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy

Registered Pharmacist with the Malaysian Board of Pharmacy

Demonstrates good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with various levels in different department.

Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments, and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to demonstrate strong professional writing skills and ability to prepare technical reports.

Have good ability in analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency is required in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
