Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in Malaysia with MAB registration.
• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to ensure compliance with procedures, quality and safety.
• Assist production planning, manpower allocation, equipment and resources to meet targets.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues and support process improvements.
• Provide guidance and supervision to shop floor staff and support training.
• Maintain 5S, safety, housekeeping and discipline within the production area.
• Maintain and review production records, documents and reports.
• Support investigations, corrective actions, process changes and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Report production activities, issues and achievements to the Production Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
