Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks a Program Administrator / Business Support to manage the Protégé program end-to-end, including candidate selection, training, payroll coordination and compliance with MECD requirements.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Hiring Managers, ADS ICP initiatives, and government stakeholders, while upholding Airbus Values and Code of Conduct. A degree in HR/Business/Engineering and 5 years in large human capital development are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, select and hire Protégé candidates per Hiring Managers’ needs.
• Coordinate training and development for Protégé participants.
• Maintain records, payroll preparation and claims processing for participants.
• Prepare reports and updates for Management and MECD secretariat.
• Support ADS ICP engagements and project planning in Malaysia.
