Airbus Helicopters is opening applications for its PROTEGE Program in Malaysia, specifically designed for Malaysian fresh graduates. • Assisting in preparations of customer welcome kit.
• Assisting data entry into the system for reporting purposes.
• Assisting in customer requests and taking up-to-the-minute information from the customer.
• Responding swiftly and proactively to the customer.
• Documenting any department related paperwork.
• Corresponding emails to stakeholders / customers under supervision.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the team and the reporting superior.
