Responsibilities

• Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
• Shadow experienced professionals across different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations.
• Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects as directed by mentors and supervisors, contributing to team objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on specific topics relevant to assigned projects or company initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to training activities and project outcomes.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Seek feedback and proactively identify areas for personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Operational duties include procurement and vendor communication, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory handling and warehouse facilities maintenance.
