Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis on trainer pool by competency and certification.
• Identify and source potential trainers aligned with Edgenta Academy strategy.
• Maintain and enhance the trainer database with mapping and availability.
• Propose a structured trainer engagement framework.
• Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event with flow and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis on current trainer pool (coverage by competency, industry, certification, commercial value).
• Identify and source potential new trainers aligned with the Edgenta Academy’s strategic direction.
• Maintain and enhance the trainer database, including expertise mapping and availability tracking.
• Propose a structured trainer engagement framework (e.g., tiering system, performance rating)
• Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event, including concept development, programme flow, recognition mechanism, and impact measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of working experience.
• Prior internship exposure in business analysis and event management will be an added advantage.
