Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of working experience.
• Prior internship exposure in business analysis and event management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis on trainer pool by competency and certification.
• Identify and source potential trainers aligned with Edgenta Academy strategy.
• Maintain and enhance the trainer database with mapping and availability.
• Propose a structured trainer engagement framework.
• Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event with flow and metrics.
