Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad invites fresh graduates to join the GeT Graduate Trainee Program, a 9- to 12-month initiative that blends career development training with hands-on experience to build a solid foundation for a progressive career.

The program focuses on developing core business skills, exposure to trainer management, and practical insights into Edgenta Academy operations, with structured learning and real-world projects to accelerate readiness for future roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of working experience.
• Prior internship exposure in business analysis and event management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis on current trainer pool (coverage by competency, industry, certification, commercial value).
• Identify and source potential new trainers aligned with the Edgenta Academy’s strategic direction.
• Maintain and enhance the trainer database, including expertise mapping and availability tracking.
• Propose a structured trainer engagement framework (e.g., tiering system, performance rating).
• Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event, including concept development, programme flow, recognition mechanism, and impact measurement.
