Job summary

Keypath Education in Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Enrolment Student Advisor to engage prospective students from enquiry through to enrolment, working with warm leads and our Sales/Enrolment teams. The role offers hybrid work arrangements, structured training, and coaching to develop consultative sales skills.

You may be a recent graduate or have 1–2 years in a customer-facing environment, with targets to achieve and opportunities for growth within the student journey across pre-sales and post-sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–2 years in sales, customer service or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort engaging with people via phone and digital channels.
• Willingness to learn and meet individual and team KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm prospective student leads via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Build strong rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective students.
• Identify student needs and provide information on postgraduate programs and study options.
• Qualify prospective students against program eligibility and sales criteria.
• Manage and prioritise an assigned lead pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Progress qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process and schedule appointments.
• Support students through eligibility checks, application enquiries, and enrolment.
