Job summary

Keypath Education Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Enrolment Student Advisor to engage prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment, working within the Student Operations team in Malaysia. You will speak with warm leads, understand academic background and career goals, and provide information on postgraduate programmes, guiding students along the enrolment journey.

The role offers structured training, hybrid work, and KPI-driven targets, with opportunities to build consultative sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Curiosity and a consultative approach to conversations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm prospective student leads via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective students.
• Identify needs and provide information on postgraduate programmes and study options.
• Qualify prospective students against programme eligibility and sales criteria.
• Manage and prioritise an assigned lead pipeline with timely follow-up.
• Progress qualified prospects to the next stage and schedule appointments.
