Job summary

Predica Tech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Proposal Executive to prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinate tender submissions, and support business development across the region.

You will work with engineering teams, review client requirements, manage e-tender processes, and maintain proposal templates, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal preparation, tendering, estimation, or sales support.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiarity with electrical/engineering services.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Work with technical teams to gather information and develop proposal content.
• Review client requirements, specifications, and tender terms.
• Coordinate submission of proposals through MOF, PETRONAS, TNB, etc.
• Maintain a database of past proposals and templates.
• Track tender outcomes and prepare post-submission reports.
• Support business development activities and proposal strategy.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during the proposal process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the growth across our engineering services portfolio in Malaysia and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
• Work closely with technical teams to gather information, develop solutions, and compile proposal content
• Review client requirements, specifications, and tender terms
• Coordinate submission of proposals through various platforms (e.g. MOF, PETRONAS, TNB, etc.)
• Maintain a database of past proposals, templates, and reference documents
• Track tender outcomes and prepare post-submission reports
• Support business development activities and proposal strategy
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during the proposal process

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal preparation, tendering, estimation, or sales support
• Experience in the engineering industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
• Good understanding of industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering services
• Experience with e-tender systems (e.g. MOF, PETRONAS, TNB, etc.) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
