Foxboro in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a full-time Costing & Quotation Specialist to prepare proposals for bespoke products and support the sales team with timely responses to client inquiries.

You will review enquiry details, perform cost analyses, and develop costed solutions using standard templates and technical specifications. You will act as the internal contact point during enquiry and bidding processes, ensuring accurate, timely submissions.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals for bespoke products following organizational direction.
Support sales by responding promptly to client questions and requests.
Review enquiries and convert them into costed workable solutions for proposals.
Submit detailed responses to enquiry documentation and clarify follow-ups.
Act as internal contact point for clients during enquiry and bidding.
Prepare cost analyses using available information and related documents.
Evaluate cost-benefit to propose equipment, processes, or material changes.
Prioritize work to meet submission timelines.

To action the preparation of proposals for a range of bespoke products by organization direction. With further developing the costing process as part of the quotation process.
To support sales respond to client questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner.
To review and action the clients enquiry process into a costed workable solution. Not limited to work with the client prospect to ascertain the enquiry information necessary to produce sales proposals including technical product selection, quotation document and costing through standardised costing templates and technical specifications.
To submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
To act as the company's internal contact point for the client during the enquiry and bidding processes.
Prepares cost analysis by previous information, plans, and related documents.
Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in client environment, engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Required to perform and prioritize the work assigned by the superior for submission timeline given and even if fall outside your responsibilities.
