Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Property SALES coordination experience.
• Experience in end financing with banks essential.
• Prior Property SALES & MARKETING / EVENTS exposure required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor internal property sales and external appointed property sales teams' performance.
• Plan, organize and coordinate JSK's property sales initiatives including presentations, events, and partnerships.
• Engage in canvassing for new customers/business partners and monitor market intelligence to achieve objectives.
