Job summary

JSK Group of Companies in Sabah is seeking a senior property sales manager to drive sales initiatives and growth across regional markets. You will plan, organize, and coordinate all sales activities, work with agents and partners, and lead the team to achieve budgeted targets.

The role requires at least 3 years of property sales experience and relevant educational credentials, with a focus on results, customer relations, and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Property SALES experience.
• Candidates without prior property sales & events exposure need not apply.
• Degree or diploma in property sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the property sales initiatives under your charge.
• Plan and organize the sales initiatives to meet budget, mission and vision.
• Set targets for the team and coach to improve performance.
• Coordinate sales with agents and partners, manage customer relations, and develop new business.
• Lead core sales activities including presentations, reporting, market intelligence, and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the property sales initiatives under your charge.

Plan and Organize the Sales initiatives for the segments / markets under your charge to achieve BOD's budget, mission, and vision.

Ensures that all sales activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members, and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.

Responsible to plan, organize and coordinate allSales functions under your charge.This will include, but is not limited, to core areas such as sales & marketing presentations, management reporting, coordinating sales with agents/business partners, customer relations, canvassing/developing new customers/business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives and any related sales initiatives.

Prior Property Sales Experience Is Essential

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Sales, or equivalent.

At least 3 years of Property SALES experience is required for this position.
