Job summary

Megax Mortgage is seeking a proactive sales and operations assistant in Malaysia. You will handle inquiries, coordinate viewings, and assist with listings while building client relationships.

Training is provided, and earnings include a RM2,000 monthly base plus commissions based on successful transactions. The role offers exposure to auctions, subsales, rentals, and ongoing professional development within a small team.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification required; diplomas and degrees are welcome.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Follow up with potential clients and identify new property sales and rental opportunities.
• Introduce and recommend auction, subsale, and rental properties based on client needs.
• Arrange and coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
• Assist with listing, information gathering, and marketing activities.
• Verify property information with developers, management offices, and law firms.
• Prepare property documentation using templates and maintain records.

This role offers a combination of property sales, client engagement, and operational support, with opportunities to develop valuable industry experience and earn additional income through sales commissions.

Key responsibilities

Handle enquiries from prospective property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Follow up with potential clients and identify new property sales and rental opportunities

Introduce and recommend suitable auction, subsale, and rental properties based on client requirements

Arrange and coordinate property viewings and client appointments

Assist with property listings, property information gathering, and marketing activities

Contact developers, property management offices, law firms, and relevant parties to verify property information

Prepare property-related documentation using provided templates

Maintain accurate property records, client information, and follow-up schedules

Provide daily administrative and operational support

Build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners

About you

Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma and Degree holders are welcome

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

No prior property industry experience required; training and guidance will be provided

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making phone calls and following up with potential clients

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsible, organised, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Able to work independently and as part of a small team
