Job summary

AGB Land Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales and meet annual targets. You will handle inquiries across telephone, website, social media, email, and walk-ins, and participate in roadshows and launches to generate prospects.

You will liaise with purchasers, solicitors and financiers on SPA and financing matters while maintaining deep knowledge of current products and packages. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience in property consultation and sales.
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin for client communication.
• Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets & company’s annual budgeted property sales target.
• Attend and respond to project sales inquiries through multiple channels.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to generate new leads.
• Assist in organizing project sales launches, marketing activities and promotional materials.
• Establish and grow relationships with customers and prospects.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, end-financiers on SPA and financing matters.
• Maintain knowledge about products and sales packages and provide feedback for development.
• Conduct market research on competitors and trends, and submit reports as required.
