Jian Wei Development Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Property Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and closings at sales galleries and during events. You will coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of agreements and financing steps.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• SPM leavers and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Participate in assigned sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and station at the sales gallery as assigned.
• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, financers, and interdepartmental teams for timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.
• Monitor and track the sales process for efficient closing and documentation within set time frames, and after-sales services.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market intelligence research on latest property trends and customer preferences.
