Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Contact potential buyers and provide initial information regarding property projects.
• Understand customers' needs and conduct basic eligibility assessment.
• Arrange appointments between customers and Property Consultants / Project PIC.
• Follow up with customers to ensure appointment attendance and collect required documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales pipeline status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Monitor sales progress and actively work towards achieving assigned KPIs and targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with customers.
