Job summary

Jora Malaysia, part of a well-established property development arm of a diversified Malaysian conglomerate, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its expanding township and mixed-use portfolio.

You will drive a high-performance sales team, plan property launches, conduct market research, coordinate marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and deliver ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience specifically within property development industry.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Oversee the planning and execution of property launches, previews, marketing events, and roadshows.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project, legal, credit, and finance to streamline sales operations.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive buyer database; prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
