Job summary

You will greet clients during tours, distribute brochures, follow up leads, and help prepare contracts and leases; strong communication, organization, and CRM experience are essential for success, with opportunity to grow under senior agents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers, answering phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Schedule property viewings, open houses, and client meetings on behalf of the sales team.
• Assist agents during property tours by greeting clients, handing out brochures, and answering basic questions.
• Follow up with potential leads to qualify their needs and schedule consultations with senior agents.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
