Organize and conduct property tours and viewings, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits of the property and surrounding neighborhood.

Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice to clients.

Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and social media. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing leads to nurture relationships and secure sales.

Represent the company in negotiations, draft offers, and facilitate the closing of deals in a manner that satisfies both the client and company targets.

Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation. Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build instant rapport and deliver persuasive presentations.

Strong persuasion, analytical, and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
