Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic real estate professional to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will conduct market research to determine property values and develop a network of contacts to identify new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in real estate transactions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Flexible hours, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with real estate software and databases.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property value.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and other agents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
• Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between clients, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties and clients.
• Attend networking and industry events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
