Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall sales administration functions for all projects.
• Ensure up to date and accurate information posted in the ERP system.
• Ensure relevant records for projects handled by executive are properly kept.
• Attend to enquiries, correspondences, and complaints timely and satisfactorily.
• Data entry: New agents data, sales data, generate billing, payment receipt and monthly reports.
• Implement effective Sales Administration and Sales Report to strategists to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with sales agents to provide updates and ensure proper documentation.
