Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Department / Director, Property Management to steer all Property Management operations, lead the PM team, and drive service excellence across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

You will develop strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong relationships with clients, JMBs, MCs, developers, and authorities while mentoring site teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
• More than 15 years of property management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Registered Property Manager (PM) and/or Registered Valuer with BOVAEP.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of properties.

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall Property Management operations.
• Lead and mentor Property Managers and site teams.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with Strata Management Act and relevant regulations.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and client engagements.
• Monitor budgets and maintain records.
