Homesphere Property Management Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman to service multiple properties across Klang Valley, KL and Selangor. You will perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs, fix doors and locks, attend to tenant maintenance requests, and conduct move-in/move-out property checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman, technician or property maintenance work.
• Able to perform basic repair works independently.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, renovation, condo or hotel maintenance is an advantage.
• Must have own car or motorcycle.
• Able to travel around KL and Selangor.
• Responsible, punctual and able to manage assigned jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical repairs such as lights, switches and fittings.
• Handle plumbing works including leaks, taps and toilets.
• Repair doors, locks and other general household issues.
• Carry out painting and touch-up works.
• Attend to tenant maintenance requests.
• Conduct move-in and move-out property checks.
• Travel between properties across Klang Valley.
• Update maintenance progress and job completion records.
