Job summary

Homesphere Property Management Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling is seeking a hands-on maintenance worker to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks across multiple properties in Klang Valley.

The role requires Bahasa Malaysia, own transport, and willingness to travel around KL and Selangor; you will handle tenant maintenance requests, conduct move-in/out checks, and contribute to timely completion of jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman, technician or property maintenance work.
• Able to perform basic repair works independently.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, renovation, condo or hotel maintenance is an advantage.
• Must have own car or motorcycle.
• Able to travel around KL and Selangor.
• Responsible, punctual and able to manage assigned jobs.
• Bahasa Malaysia required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical repairs such as lights, switches and fittings
• Handle plumbing works including leaks, taps and toilets
• Repair doors, locks and other general household issues
• Carry out painting and touch-up works
• Attend to tenant maintenance requests
• Conduct move-in and move-out property checks
• Travel between properties across Klang Valley
• Update maintenance progress and job completion records
