Job summary

Homesphere Property Management Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam, Selangor is looking for a handyman/maintenance technician to perform on-site repair and maintenance tasks across multiple properties.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, doors and general maintenance, travel between properties in Klang Valley, and ensure timely completion of requests. Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required, and the role offers stable full-time employment with company-provided jobs and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman, technician or property maintenance work
• Able to perform basic repair works independently
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, renovation, condo or hotel maintenance is an advantage
• Must have own car or motorcycle
• Able to travel around KL and Selangor
• Responsible, punctual and able to manage assigned jobs
• Bahasa Malaysia required

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical repairs such as lights, switches and fittings
• Handle plumbing works including leaks, taps and toilets
• Repair doors, locks and other general household issues
• Carry out painting and touch-up works
• Attend to tenant maintenance requests
• Conduct move-in and move-out property checks
• Travel between properties across Klang Valley
• Update maintenance progress and job completion records
