Job summary

JRK Group in Malaysia seeks a sales professional to manage daily inquiries, guide prospects with project information, and strive to meet sales targets. You will foster client relationships and ensure documents are accurate while supporting marketing efforts and market research.

The ideal candidate is motivated, communicative, and able to work independently with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills. Based in Petaling Jaya, you should have a valid driving license and be ready to start soon.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property development or housing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice will be an advantage.
• Candidate willing to base in PJ South and Taman Serdang Perdana.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and provide accurate project information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and purchasers through follow-ups and after-sales service.
• Censure the accuracy of sales documents (SPA, Loan Agreements, etc.).
• Track and update project approvals (APDL, 7F, etc.) and support statutory reporting (e.g., NAPIC).
• Assist in marketing activities, launches, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain CRM records and perform other duties as assigned.
