Job summary

COBNB Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring for a Business Development & Sales role focused on renovation and decoration services. You will identify property owners, generate leads, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.

You will build relationships with owners, agents, and referral partners, onboard clients, and coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth property onboarding and account management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, front office, customer service or property management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new property owners, landlords, investors, and developers for rental management services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Act as the primary contact during onboarding and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, reports, and other business-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate property inspections, handovers, and onboarding with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Track client follow-ups, payments, and outstanding matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
