OX Nexus Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a sales-driven professional to translate renovation ideas into concrete solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, present cabinetry and renovation packages, prepare quotations, and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work with Interior Designer and Site teams to ensure designs meet client budgets and timelines; the role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and multi-project follow-up to achieve sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience is required.
• Candidates with experience in custom cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, interior renovation, furniture, building materials or related industries will have an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven with good follow-up and closing ability.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements and budget.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups at the same time.
• Responsible, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Basic understanding of renovation or site processes is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong sales experience but without an Interior Design background are welcome to apply.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries and understand clients’ renovation requirements, budget and expectations.
• Follow up with potential customers from initial enquiry until project confirmation.
• Present and explain the company’s renovation and custom cabinetry solutions to customers.
• Prepare and explain quotations, packages and product/material options.
• Conduct site visits and basic site measurements when required.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and build strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the Interior Designer team to translate customer requirements into suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with internal Design, Project and Site teams after sales confirmation.
• Manage multiple customer enquiries and projects simultaneously with proper follow-up and task prioritization.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-up status and confirmed sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
