Aufgaben

• Process payments: Facilitate timely payments to sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Support audits: Provide valuable assistance for annual statutory audits and internal audits, maintaining financial integrity.
• Verify transactions: Thoroughly check invoices against supporting documents for advance payments, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable: Ensure accurate and prompt posting of accounts payable, maintaining financial records.
• Handle collections: Manage debtor collections and perform monthly AR and AP reconciliations, improving cash flow.
• Reconcile accounts: Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations promptly and accurately, resolving any disputed invoices.
• Perform accounting tasks: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain records: Keep up-to-date and accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance.
• Build relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients.
