Irama Jaya Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounts Executive to join our Kedah team in Sungai Petani. This full-time role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, managing AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.

You will assist with monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports, support the annual audit, and help implement efficient accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Experience with auditors, tax agents, and external service providers
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (e.g., INTSOFT, AutoCount)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports
• Provide support for the annual audit and liaise with external auditors as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient accounting procedures and controls
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
