Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate, customer service, sales coordination, hospitality, property management, or a related client-facing role.
• Knowledge of the Cayman Islands real estate market is preferred.
• Cayman Islands Real Estate Licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the client experience throughout buying, selling, rental, and property management processes with timely communication and exceptional service.
• Schedule and facilitate property viewings, open houses, inspections, market analysis, and client appointments.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal team with prompt inquiries and regular updates.
• Assist with listing preparation by coordinating professional photography, descriptions, marketing materials, and online advertising.
• Support real estate transactions by preparing contracts, disclosures, and admin documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
