MOD Realty Ltd. in the Cayman Islands is seeking a creative Content Creator & Videographer to join our Marketing team. You’ll produce high-impact visuals, from property tours to branded videos, and push engagement across social platforms.

You’ll collaborate with agents and leadership, manage shoots, edit with industry-standard tools, and ensure brand consistency. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in videography or digital marketing are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in videography, content creation, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production, photography, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, tourism, lifestyle, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, colour grading, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
• Experience operating drones for commercial photography and videography; drone certification or licence preferred.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and content optimization for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing compelling visual content that showcases exceptional properties, elevates our brand, and drives engagement across digital platforms. From modern listing videos and agent branding to social media campaigns and lifestyle content, you’ll bring our marketing vision to life through high-quality storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, capture, and produce high-quality cinematic property tours, promotional videos, and listing reels showcasing residential, commercial, and modern real estate.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate with agents, leadership, and the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.
• Capture professional drone footage of properties, neighbourhoods, land, and surrounding communities while complying with aviation regulations.
• Edit video content using professional editing software, including colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and platform-specific formatting.
• Produce branded content featuring agents, client testimonials, community highlights, market updates, company events, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
• Photograph properties, team members, marketing events, and lifestyle content for digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, property launches, and company initiatives.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional production quality.
• Organise, archive, and maintain digital media assets, project files, and content libraries.
• Maintain and manage cameras, drones, lighting, audio, and other production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging video production techniques.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement to optimise future campaigns and improve results.
• Provide photography, videography, and creative support for marketing events, open houses, company initiatives, and special projects.

Preferred Qualifications
