Job summary

MOD Realty Ltd. in the Cayman Islands is seeking a creative Content Creator & Videographer to join our Marketing team. You’ll produce high-impact visuals, from property tours to branded videos, and push engagement across social platforms.

You’ll collaborate with agents and leadership, manage shoots, edit with industry-standard tools, and ensure brand consistency. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in videography or digital marketing are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in videography, content creation, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production, photography, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, tourism, lifestyle, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, colour grading, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
• Experience operating drones for commercial photography and videography; drone certification or licence preferred.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and content optimization for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce cinematic property tours and listing reels.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media.
• Collaborate with agents, leadership, and the marketing team to develop campaigns.
• Capture professional drone footage of properties and neighbourhoods with flight compliance.
• Edit video content with colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles.
• Produce branded content featuring agents, testimonials, events, and market updates.
• Photograph properties, team members, events, and lifestyle content for campaigns.
• Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
• Organise, archive, and maintain digital media assets and project files.
• Maintain cameras, drones, lighting, audio gear and keep up with trends.
