Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Property Manager to lead the site team on day-to-day priorities for stratified developments. You will prepare a priority tracker and ensure the team adheres to daily tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's or professional qualification in Property Management or Real Estate, at least 3 years’ experience, strong knowledge of strata and building systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in Property Management of stratified developments.
• Sound knowledge of Strata Management Act and other related legislation.
• Knowledge of Building Systems and interpretation of drawings an added advantage.
• Demonstrate good leadership, management and prioritization skills.
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team on day to day priorities.
• Prepare priority tracker and ensure site team adheres to daily task.
• Attend to complaints or issues and identify solution.
• Ensure complaints are reduced and resolved in timely manner.
• Conduct daily walkabout according to schedule.
• Maintain & Review Emergency & Corrective Maintenance done by technician.
• Monitor service providers and contractors.
