The role involves land acquisition, feasibility studies, design concept development, and coordination with Marketing and Contract Departments on SPA, launching, costing, tenders, and materials. Strong reporting and deadline-driven work are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in property development related to project planning and development.
• Familiar with work scheduling/planning and report writing.
• Familiar with authorities' submission and approval procedures.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• In-charge for overall planning of project development.
• Liaison with local authorities and consultants for timely submissions/approvals.
• Involve in land acquisition, feasibility studies, design conceptual and development.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Contract Departments regarding SPA, launching, costing, tender, materials and specifications.
• Attend authorities and client consultant meetings.
• Create and maintain project documentation and filing.
• Report to management on planning, submissions and approvals status.
• Other duties assigned as required.
