Job summary

PINNACLE GROUP is seeking an Architect/Project Manager to coordinate design and planning across multiple property developments in Malaysia. The role involves preparing preliminary and conceptual AutoCAD drawings, feasibility studies, land use planning, and coordinating with consultants and authorities.

The candidate should have 1–2 years drafting experience in property development, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Project Management.
• 1–2 years’ drafting experience in property development or related fields.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa and Mandarin; able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and technical matters with design and consultant team.
• Develop preliminary and conceptual AutoCAD drawings for planning and development; include feasibility studies and land use planning.
• Prepare sketch and detailed drawings to facilitate coordination across trades.
• Assist supervisor to plan and monitor project progress.
• Attend client-consultant and site meetings; conduct feasibility studies and market research.
• Liaise with land agents, landowners, property agents and lawyers on land deals.
• Check land legality, planning requirements and CFO-related permits with authorities.
• Conduct site visits; prepare feasibility costing, pricing and cash flow projections.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management.
• Coordinate design and planning work with architects, engineers and consultants; undertake other duties as needed.
