PINNACLE GROUP is seeking an Architect/Project Manager to coordinate design and planning across multiple property developments in Malaysia. The role involves preparing preliminary and conceptual AutoCAD drawings, feasibility studies, land use planning, and coordinating with consultants and authorities.
The candidate should have 1–2 years drafting experience in property development, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.

To ensure that company objectives for Profit, Program, Quality, Safety and Environmental performance for each property development project are achieved.
To coordinate on design and technical related matters with design and consultant team
To develop and prepare preliminary and conceptual drawings in AutoCAD format for project planning and development, including feasibility studies, layout planning, planning submissions, and land use studies, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and authority requirements
To prepare sketch drawings with sufficient detail, as well as detailed drawings, to facilitate the coordination of different trades when necessary
To assist the superior to plan and monitor the progress development activities of projects
To attend/conduct Client-Consultant meeting, site meeting, coordination meetings
To prepare feasibility study and market research on proposed development for comparison
To liaise with land agent, landowner, property agent and lawyer on new land and business venture.
To check with local authorities on land legality and ownership checking; planning requirement and guidelines checking for the proposed land development.
To conduct site visit of proposed land
To prepare feasibility costing, pricing and estimated cash flow projection.
To perform PowerPoint presentation on proposed development to management.
To liaise with all regulatory authorities for approval pertaining to project management to ensure smooth implementation from initial planning approval, land conversion, negotiation on conversion premium, obtaining developer license and advertising permit till building plan approval for work commencement and application for CFO.
To coordinate the design and planning work in consultation with architects, engineers and other professional consultants at the preliminary, conceptual and planning/design stages of building projects.
Other tasks and assignments assigned by the superior as and when necessary.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Project Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in drafting experience with strong analytical skill of working experience in property development or a related field involving project planning and development. Others relevant field are welcome to apply.
Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally/externally would be an added advantage.
Being well versed and familiar with AutoCAD.
Working experienced in high-rise development will be added advantage.
Good interpersonal, Efficient problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility.
Strong organizational skill, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and effective communication skill including verbal and written communication with authorities, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Must have determination to learn and work.
Flexibility and availability to travel work on various projects across the nationwide
With own transportation will be preferrable.
