Job summary

Briswood Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive – Authority Liaison & Property Development to drive development approvals and coordinate among authorities, consultants, and internal teams. The role focuses on planning submissions, statutory approvals, and ensuring timely project milestones across upcoming KLCC-area developments.

You will liaise with Local Authorities, land offices, and regulatory bodies, managing documentation and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field such as Town Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development, project coordination or authority liaison; fresh candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project development activities and milestones.
• Liaise with project consultants and government authorities on planning, zoning, land conversion and other development matters.
• Follow up on applications, permits, DOs and other statutory approvals for property development.
• Assist in preparing, compiling and submitting documents required by authorities.
• Monitor progress of authority submissions and maintain proper records of correspondence and approvals.
• Provide regular updates to management on submission status and timelines.
• Perform project coordination, documentation and other duties as assigned.
