Job summary

Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Executive to plan and manage development project activities, track progress against milestones and master schedules, and monitor statutory and regulatory compliance.

You will review submissions and drawings for design intent, update work schedules and cash flow, prepare progress reports for Management, and coordinate with consultants, architects, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in C&S Engineering or Architecture field.
• MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project proficiency.
• Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese language skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or housing development (high-rise preferred).
• Initiative, independent working style, and proactivity.
• Own transport and ability to travel, willingness to work on Old Klang Road.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the planning and management of development projects activities
• Tracking of progress against milestones and master schedules.
• Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Review of submission and detail drawings to ensure designed are correctly interpreted based on design intent and compliance with relevant requirements.
• Periodical update of work schedule progress including stage billing and construction cash flow.
• Preparation of project progress reports and presentations to Management.
• Monitoring of upcoming deadlines or potential non-compliance risks.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Superiors or Management.
• To handle and maintain project general administrative work.
• Manage and maintain project’s related documentation (technical documents/ drawings/ approvals/ correspondence, etc.)
• To provide administrative support to the Manager.
• Organising and coordinating with various professional peoples such as consultants on operational, Architects as well as clients, local authorities, contractors, etc.
• Responsible for all relevant survey and land related matters.
• Assist in planning, designing and coordinating of all projects activities.
• Good interpersonal skill and presentation skills.
