Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in property development or related field.
• 2–4 years (executive) or 5–8 years (senior) in property development with exposure to pre-development and approvals.
• Solid understanding of development processes, planning approvals, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-development planning, scheduling, and milestone monitoring.
• Assist in market research, financial assessments, and feasibility reports.
• Identify opportunities and prepare proposals for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, support cost estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and assist in negotiations.
