Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manager Sales & Marketing (Property & Developer) to lead sales, lease and marketing for all properties and projects. The role requires strategic planning, branding and premium image management across company properties.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing or Business Administration, at least five years in property development sales/marketing, strong leadership, and fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin; revenue-focused and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years experiences at management level in Sales/Marketing of a Property Development Company.
• Must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Cina, both verbal and written.
• A target driven individual with strong focus on revenue.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales, lease and marketing for all properties and projects under the company.
• Manage/maintain the branding and premium image of the Company in the respective properties and businesses.
• Plan and implement all Sales & Marketing activities and initiatives of company's development projects.
• Support and facilitate the development of annual preparation and monthly review of sales forecasts, and allocation of promotional budgets to ensure sales target is achieved within a set timeframe and costs.
• Plan and implement pro-active customer service activities to ensure continuous tenants' satisfaction.
