Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee development projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure design, approvals, and construction meet specifications and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 3–5 years of PM experience in property development or construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in property development or construction.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and resources within budget and schedule.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants for compliance and quality.
