Job summary

Temokin Development Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Cost & Contract (Property Development) to manage commercial, cost and contractual aspects of projects from tender through final accounts.

You will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors, drive cost planning, value engineering and procurement processes to optimise project value and protect business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Property development, QS consultancy, construction.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel and cost management tools.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning & control for projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end tender exercises with pre-qualification, tender calls, evaluation and award.
• Review progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Support procurement and commercial coordination with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports for management review.
