Job summary

TEMOKIN Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Business Development (Property Development) to identify, evaluate, and secure strategic land opportunities for development projects in Malaysia.

The role involves land sourcing, preliminary feasibility, due diligence coordination, and engaging with landowners, agents, consultants, and stakeholders to turn opportunities into viable developments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Town Planning, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in property development, land acquisition, business development, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical and commercial thinking with ability to assess opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Land sourcing & acquisition: identify potential land opportunities and build a network of landowners, agents, consultants, developers, and industry contacts.
• Land feasibility: conduct preliminary assessments including land size, location, value, land use, accessibility, and potential products; prepare feasibility summaries.
