Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract administration across a portfolio of property development projects. The role involves leading negotiations, managing commercial risks, and driving value optimization while collaborating with project managers, quantity surveyors and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management with 12+ years in contract management within property development

Qualifications

12+ years of contract management experience in property development or consultancy firms.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end cost and contract implementation process from inception to final account resolution.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end pre-contract and post-contract activities from tender stage through project completion and final account closing.
Lead contract negotiations and resolve contractual or commercial matters; identify opportunities for cost control and value enhancement.
Monitor project costs, contractual compliance, and commercial risks; highlight issues with actionable recommendations to Management.
Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports on contractual matters and ensure policy compliance by the sub-team.
Collaborate with internal Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement teams, external Consultants, and Contractors for smooth project execution.
