Job summary

MYI Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a network engineer to support project delivery, customer training and technical troubleshooting across Malaysia.

You will work under the project manager to meet timelines, prepare documentation, and assist with minor projects while leveraging Huawei, Ruckus, Cisco, and Juniper technologies. A valid driving license and willingness to travel nationwide are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years engineer experience in related IT field.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• HCNA, CCNA or equivalent courses is an advantage.
• Preferred languages: Bahasa Melayu, English.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei, Ruckus, Cisco, Juniper or other networking/wireless products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to implement projects, provide services and support for customers.
• Follow project manager timeline to finish projects on time.
• Assist project manager on minor projects.
• Prepare technical and handover documentation.
