Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Global Technical Service Engineer (Network Product) to perform post-sales project implementation and provide technical support for IP and Optical networks, including installation, configuration, commissioning and integration.

You will analyze network performance, resolve complex issues, design and optimize networks, provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, and deliver product training as required. Willingness to travel overseas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related engineering fields.
• At least 1 year of networking/telecom experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong technical focus.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business support.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support for IP/Optical networks.
• Install, configure, commission and integrate technical solutions.
• Analyze network performance and resolve complex issues.
• Design, plan and optimize network architecture and topology.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and training as needed.
